June Reviewed

Following May Reviewed last month, here's the scoop on June's training:

Swim: 51,000m
Bike: 1935.2 TSS (training stress score)
Run: 170.23 miles
Drills: 2h05m
Stretching: 6h05m
Total: 78h02m

June was another successful month, backing up May's consistency.  As with May, June's training was based around 4 swims/week, 5 rides/week and 6 runs/week. Managing another 50k swim month is encouraging, and I'm feeling noticeably stronger in the water.  I'm seeing the best power numbers on the bike ever, which is always motivating.  On the run, holding a fast pace is becoming more and more comfortable.  All in all, things are coming along nicely.  I'm looking forward to picking up the training in July and upping the ante as Kona gets ever closer.
