Do You Have Extreme Endurance?

This season I'll be an Extreme Endurance sponsored athlete!  This may be a product you've heard about, especially if you're a regular listener to IM Talk.  Extreme Endurance have an impressive roster of professional athletes, including multiple Ironman winners Timo Bracht and Yvonne van Vlerken.  So, what does it do?

We've all experienced lactic acid build up and the burn associated with it.  Extreme Endurance buffers the production of H+ (hydrogen ions) to reduce lactic acid build up.  Not only that, but it has been clinically proven to increase aerobic threshold, which is a massive advantage in long-course racing.  The product is thoroughly tested to the highest standards and is 100% legal.  Each bottle contains 180 tablets, which is one months supply.

It's always easy to be skeptical of such claims, but there are thousands of athletes around the world benefitting from the supplement.  After using Extreme Endurance towards the end of 2010 I noticed an instant reduction in muscle soreness, allowing me to train with higher quality and consistency.  Within a 6 week period I made some very nice improvements, which I'll go into detail about in another post.

Extreme Endurance also offer other supplements such as omega-3 and a multivitamin.  If this has sparked your curiosity, customers in the UK and Europe can order online at the European site.
